Access to the lands is via the N2-N3 Link Road, which is subsequently accessed via Exit 3 on the N3 or via Exit 2 on the N2. The property adjoins the Carlton Hotel Blanchardstown whilst Bristol Myers Squibb is situated to the south and east of the lands.

The immediate area is currently experiencing significant development with a new residential scheme opposite the lands at Hollywoodrath where there will be in excess of 450 dwellings when  completed. There are also additional zoned lands in the immediate area capable of providing in excess of 800 dwellings.
